Carbon Fee and Dividend: a movement to have an increasing fee on carbon (fossil fuels) as it is taken out of the ground and all the money returned to citizens to pay for the increased prices of fossil fuels.

In other word, 69, 402 authors of the scientific literature on human caused climate change accept that humans are causing the warming.
